How many times a day do you look at your phone? If you’re like me, probably quite a few. At this point, it’s just a habit — something we do without even really thinking about it.
Getting into your flow
How many of us loved being creative when we were kids? Most of us instinctively knew how to jump in with our imaginations, making up stories and games and art. It wasn’t something we thought about at all, it just flowed naturally from within us.
How many of us feel like we’ve lost that along the way?
Headaches
Living a balanced life
The power of friendship
How do you hydrate?
Staying fresh — safely!
Make friends with magnesium
Come together
Are we lacking community and connection in our lives?
Most of us can relate to the feeling that we don’t get to spend enough time with the people we love. We’ve got busy lives. There are so many different calls on our attention (I recently wrote about one of the major culprits last week). But I think we also know what’s really important.
Wired in
It’s so easy to get wired in.
Many of us, especially if we work in an office, spend hours every day staring at a computer screen. Then we go home and turn on the television or fire up Netflix, and spend another hour or three decompressing after the day. Of course, this doesn’t even count any time we spend one-on-one with our smartphones.
